Wow, this is encouraging. I am so ready to help my sellers and buyer this spring. Smart choices, wise decisions. smooth transactions. Successful sales and closed escrows. We have all been looking forward to an upturn in a very long time down turn market. Despite the many global challenges in our world, those same challenges bring incredible opportunity. Even Warren Buffet had the same impression I have and that is the Japanese earthquake and Tsunami may open doors for the United States and other countries to buy land in Japan and help this country rebuild and grow.
