    I have listed and sold successfully many for sale by owners. The massive social net work marketing as a professional that I participate and update regularly are far more exposure than a property owner has the means and where with all to do them selves. My face to face marketing, telemarketing, and online presence is very expansive and I dedicate due diligence to bring results with commitment.

    My sphere of influence is global professionally, across our United States, and through out all California. I net work with these professionals daily, weekly, and monthly.

    Coming from the Bay Area in my years of experience, selling property and bring success from Monterey to Sacramento to Marin, Napa, Sonoma Counties. Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Joaquin, Santa Cruz, San Jose-Santa Clara, Alameda, Sacramento County.

    Now I work in Humboldt County, building my local presence and sphere of influence while I continue to be in touch with out of county neighboring counties with professional colleagues, and former past clients and brokers.

    Locally I am a member of garden clubs, Eureka Chapter Rhododendron Society, Sequoia Eureka Garden Club, Humboldt Botanical Gardens. My Garden clubs, connect with all other garden clubs here in Humboldt, Water Pond Gardners, Rose Society, Heather Society, Violet Society. Each small town have their own garden clubs, we all network and share together.

    I had recent pleasure to enjoy Ferndale's Pre-Gala Garden-Art grand opening evening of the Ferndale Fair with my friend Mary Lou Goodwin of Sequoia Eureka Garden Club-President. I enjoyed networking, appreciating art and garden, wine and tasty bites of finger food.

    I participate with the Eureka Democrate Central Committee evetns and meetings occassionally, College of the Redwoods, Humboldt State University classes and workshops.

    I attend meetings at the planning commission and council in Eureka. Staying informed on the Planning Update, Multi-zoning - California Coastal Trails, Redevelopment all interest me and keep me informed for my clients to better serve them.

    I network while attending on going education with my Humboldt Association of Realtors, sharing with colleague professionals sellers and buyers needs.

    Eureka, and other town events are a great place for me to meet and network to bring success to my business and my clients. I enjoyed Fourth of July last year and met a couple I enjoyed the pleasure to sell them their first home, and participate in their happiness and joy.

    When I go to Bay Area for business and Alameda County Children's Memorial Project Ceremonies, I make time to visit and network with my broker friends, my broker from San Francisco. I promote my listed properties from Humboldt to my destination and all the way back.

    I have earned the business of many residents who chose to sell on there own, and earned the listing that resulted in a successful sale.
